Latoya thank you so much for making this a smooth & easy process. I woke up to my refund advance this morning after we submitted yesterday late evening. I was surprised how quickly it was given the notification stated it would take up to 48 hours possibly. I was nervous about filing with someone new & you thankfully made this experience as smoothly as possible. I cannot believe the way I was treated by this company….LATOYA is a GENUIS, Sweet & TRUSTWORTHY Tax Preparer. I was honestly so scared to file with anyone after my last tax lady and her overcharging me unnecessary fees. I found Latoya on a social media group and gave her a chance to earn my trust.
