Latoya thank you so much for making this a smooth & easy process. I woke up to my refund advance this morning after we submitted yesterday late evening. I was surprised how quickly it was given the notification stated it would take up to 48 hours possibly. I was nervous about filing with someone new & you thankfully made this experience as smoothly as possible. Any questions I had were immediately answered & the phone call prior to completing my taxes really was assuring especially with the cost for filing breakdown. The transparency was amazing & the site/app was simple & not complicated. Thank you again & I look forward to working again with you the next coming years. I cannot believe the way I was treated by this company….LATOYA is a GENUIS, Sweet & TRUSTWORTHY Tax Preparer. I was honestly so scared to file with anyone after my last tax lady and her overcharging me unnecessary fees. I found Latoya on a social media group and gave her a chance to earn my trust. When I say it was the BEST decision I’ve ever made. I mean it. I initially went on TURBOTAX and Input my information to get an estimate & was not offered an Advance on my refund. I immediately exited out and went to seek a different preparer. Thankfully I found Latoya. She made the process so easy for me to upload my information, give me a quote(same number I seen in turbo) and she got me approved for a $4200 advance on my refund all in ONE DAY!
